SHIPPING POLICY

At House of Brunø, we believe you shouldn’t have to wait long for your order. That’s why we aim to process and deliver every order as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• All orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed.

• Orders ordered before 15:00 GMT+2 are expected to be delivered within 1–2 working days after the order is placed.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

• Delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as delays with the shipping carrier.

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. House of Brunø is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This allows you to follow your order until it arrives at your door.
